Our customer allows multiple contacts using the same emailadress. However, some contacts are subscribed to subscription lists and others aren't. This gives us the following issue.
- Contact 1 is not subscribed to the list, so is not included in the Newsletter segment.
- Contact 2 is subscribed to the list, and must be included in the Newsletter segment.
- In the Newsletter Segment we exclude Contacts who have the Behavioural block 'Email block duplicate address', since we want to see the netto number of Contacts who will receive the Newsletter
When we send out a transactional message, we mailed both Contact 1 and Contact 2. However, this led to Contact 2 getting the flag 'Duplicate address'. When we want to send out the Newsletter again, Contact 1 is not in the Newsletter Segment (due to no subscription List) and now Contact 2 is excluded as well, due to the 'Email block duplicate address' block we added to the Segment.
Does any of you know, whether we can remove the 'Email block duplicate address' label from Contact 2?
