In my current role I need to find a solution to a growing problem. Booking people onto training courses.
The shear volume of applications we get means that inviting people to select a course date from a banks of dates we have already booked with a supplier is creating a huge admin burden.
Is there any way I can use Dynamics 365 to solve this issue?
Applications are currently submitted though MS forms, creating a list of applications in a OneDrive Excel Workbook. I am using MS flow to automate email with dynamic content to Managers to build in a level of approval assurance.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I have implemented a project years ago as a vertical solution in Dynamics for HR department. You can use Dynamics 365 + Powerapps portal + Mobile App (optional) in order to get applications, have approval process, make communications (e-mail, mail, sms etc.).
Dynamics 365 would be a good fit for this requirement for sure.
