Expense management policy rule

Hi,

I created an expense report policy in D365 expense management.

The rule is if the amount per day per category exceed 150 USD, the user will not be able to submit the expense report unless the user enter justification.

To test the rule, I created an expense report in the amount of 1,000 USD but the system allow me to submit the expense report without any warning.

Did I miss some setup?

Pls advise.

Thanks.

    Hi Marypeace,

Anrini is correct. You want to stop it when the amount is greater than. You have to enter the stop condition; not what is allowed.

Shouldn't it be 'do not allow users...' when greater than 150 USD in the screenshot?
