How to apply the trade agreement journal in the sales order.

If everything is configured correctly and you create a sales order line, the price is calculated according to trade agreements.
Do you mean that you would like to recalculate orders created before the agreement was set up?
Trade agreement journal is a tool to manage the trade agreement which allows massively updating existing trade agreeement or creating new trade agreement.
You can make some draft change in the journal. Once it's post, your changes is done in corresponding trade agreement.
