Data Migration Framework - Direct Table Entity and AX as a Source

Hi,

Has anyone successfully used the Dynamics data migration framework to handle a) direct table source entities and b) Dynamics AX as the source format?

In this scenario, I would expect to be able to copy a entire table from one AX instance/legal entity to another.

I can create the 'direct table' target entity to point to an AX table, and I can create a 'processing group' which contains this entity. When I  run 'get staging data', I get the error "Query does not contain 1 data source".

Despite the above error, I can manually update the job status to 'ready' and view the staging data in the execution history.

However, I am unable to 'Copy Data to Target' as this option is always disabled for me.

Has anyone been successful in any of the above? When using AX as a source, there doesn't appear to be any option to specify which AX instance/entity.

Any ideas folks?

Cheers,

Nick
