Interacted People - Need a Detailed List as Count Doubled

Our "interacted People" list has doubled recently. I have pulled the most recent journey that we sent out 2 weeks ago to all of our contacts. It was so small compared to our total count. I know that these stay on here 12 months, but is there anyway to get a complete list? Would prefer to do this through insights if possible. 
 
Also- any other tips for troubleshooting this would be appreciated!
