Hi
can anyone tell me why i cant select the "voucher" frm "Posted Sales Tax" in query .. the voucher is just not appearing in the drop down .. funny .. all other fields of the table do

Voucher is very generic field and it hold different kinds of voucher number so having generic lookup will not help and hence as per my understanding you will not find lookup for this field all over dynamics AX.
May be if it is required you need to have customization for you report purpose by creating a new EDT which will extend to generic Voucher EDT and for new Voucher EDT specify the FormHelp property for lookup form
You need to create a lookup for as per your requirement to show Posted Sales Tax voucher.
