After reviewing "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Pricing Licensing" document, I have the next doubts:
- AX 2012 licensing after launch of Dynamics 365 (Nov 1st, 2016). Will AX2012-SKU's continue available for selling (new customers)?.
- When will be available information of New AX7 on-prem ?
- With Dynamics 365 Dual Use Right. What are the options (AX2012/New AX7 On-prem) for on-prem Dual Use Right?

About AX7 On premise, right now we don't have any official informations. Windows Azure Stack is delayed, seems the second half of 2017. So the unique option is use on Cloud Azure as SaaS.
Pricing e Licensing on Dynamics 365 is live on DLP, mbspartner.microsoft.com/.../63
Maybe you are able to find more details.
However, I suggest you to reach directly Microsoft on your Country.
