The description i enter for the check is the same description posted to the GL (ie Inv. #). How do I change it so that description i enter after i put in the GL acct is posted to the GL instead of "posting description" (which currently appears both on the cheque stub and GL description)?

Posting description (1) appears both on the printed cheque and on the GL. What I wanted to do is have Posting description (1) only appear on the cheque and the information I enter GL description (2) line appears on the GL only.
