D365CE "2023 release wave 1 enabled"
Has someone ever experienced an issue like this : We have currently 2 users who are having synch issues while tracking appoitments from Outlook to D365CE (using Dynamics 365 App for Outlook).
Some appointments are synched but others no! See image.
However, our 30+ other users are configured exactly the same way as our 2 problematic users and they have had no issues.
Status in "Email configuration" are "success"!
No error message that I know of.
Anything I'm missing?
Here is an example :
Appointments in "dark" blue (category : Tracked To Dynamics 365) shoud be synch in D365CE but only 3 are there...

Hi / Bonjour,
Is the user the organizer of all these appointments? If there are participants in the appointments, can you check if they have not been synchronized by another person? It is possible that the owner of the synchronized appointments is not the user of the screenshots.
Could you check with the diagnostic shortcut (ALT+CTRL+Y) if there is a CRM id linked to these appointments ? See : learn.microsoft.com/.../diagnostic-checker
