Hello together
I have an issue with an customer about the LCS project. The customer has no information about his Sign in.
How can I find out for the customer or where I have to ask, to get access for the customers LCS.
Thanks in advance
F. Schuetz
In AX2012 there's not one specific "official" project for the customer like in D365 ("Implementation" project).
So I'm not sure if it's possible to find all projects that someone from your customer project has created.
If they are using the System diagnostics tool with AX, then it might be possible to find this project by looking at the settings of the System Diagnostics service.
Do you know if there's something important in some LCS project and you are now trying to find it?
My best suggestion is to ask all customer users who ever used that project to login to LCS and most likely some of them can see it and isee who are the project owners.
Hi Nicolaos
We have not the problem of adding a new project. Our issue is to find out, if the customer has an existing project in the LCS.
Best regards
Florian

[/quote]Do they already have an LCS project or do they want to create one?
For partners, new AX2012 LCS projects can be created if the account is linked to PartnerSource, and has selected current role "Partner" in LCS in the top right menu.
I'm not 100% sure if it works the same way for the customers (with CustomerSource of course). But they could try that.
