How to assign the campaign activities to the team

Hi,

Can i assigned the compaign activites to a team.

When a click in distributed

and assigned the activites to the team

nothing happend her

however, when i assigned the activites to me, or another user, i can see the activites created.

any help please.

    Hi,

    Please ensure the team you are assigning the record has permission/ role assigned. I have tried this on my trial and it failed as you said but then when I assign the security role, it worked.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    You could try to assign the Campaign Activities to the team. You can do this by using "Assign" button instead of "Distribute" button.

    Hi ,

    I would suggest try to  check first with one user who have the sufficient access. Add that user to the team and finally assign the security role team . It will definitely work .

    For testing, i have assigned the role system admin to my team and all member of the team, but i have still the same problem.

    unfortunately, it does not work.

    I also added the owner of the campaign (who creates the companion) to the same team, but i still have the same issue.
