We have been with GP, since 1980's when it was Great Plains Account.
I think 8 or 12 years back Dynamics had a training portal where we could train our staff with the product, we had access to it though our yearly Dynamics GP Enhancement Plan (which we are still on and have paid into for so many years now).
We have recently had some major office turnover (we were blessed with staff that stayed 10 and 20 years - till this winter - with retirements and such).
I have forgotten how to do changes to the SOP Invoices, Quotes and Orders that have remained unchanged in our system for many years. But it is time to added some fields and update the reports.
Plus we have had requests to combine orders and backorder into one Order and hence one invoice (don't know if this can be done any other way then manually??)
And our partner has never been able to get our Dynamics GP to use the Email Features in the system (for the past 6 or 8 years we keep revisit it - without any success).
Does anyone know where some of those old self training online courses for Report Writer, Management Reporter for Microsoft, and some of the modules and such are on the website. Customer Source seems to be pretty much emptied of all those training courses.
We are just a small company here (5 to 7 users at any one time) and I am the owner and main systems guy in our company, and I'm an accountant (so I watch the pennies), and I am not an IT Pro - but with I can learn from a decent course.
Does anyone who knows what has happened with Customer Source? and if there is any training that might still be included in the Dynamics GP Enhancement Plan? Or suggestions on some good - low cost training?
