Purchase Requisition work items grid is empty

I tried role based and user based workflow assignment

the user is able to submit the PR but nothing else happens

when I checked the history I found there is no assign to user and no work items

is there something else I should check

    Is this normal to be blank in assign to field in step table

    I assigned it to a user and tried to assign a role based of admins but every time a user submits PR no user is assigned to approve and there are not any errors

    still are you facing same issue?? Did the PR assigned to any user? or not? . is the batch process ending with any error?

    If batch process is working fine, Then there is no need to run "Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor process".  

    Some information about Tutorial_workflowprocesor ( community.dynamics.com/.../tutorial_workflowprocessor-usage-in-ax-2012)

    I ran Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor and it do nothing more than this screen shot

    Batch server is configured and batch jobs executing every minute with no errors
