Fields where call information is saved

Good morning,
 
Would anyone know where the call summary information is saved, the field where the notes are saved for example?

    Related to this topic, I see in your images that your phone calls are classified as closed. In my case, once I end a call and close the dialer, the call remains in the "open" state, have you modified it manually? Thanks!

    Notes are saved in the Notes entity.
