Error On Loading Case View

Hi,

I'm receiving this error on the cases only, other options work normally.

I did IIs reset , reset the server, but it didn't work.

I just updated some Cases statues in the database to resolved.

I could all other views in the advanced find, but on all cases I get this error.

Any helps will be appreciated,

    Hi,

    The error shows that you have referred an item which may not be present in the target. Do you use any plug-ins? You can refer to this post:

    System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Forum Community Forum

    Thanks Frank Gong,

    The error was because of the SQL update I made, to resolve the cases. Maybe because of the 'resolution' type and 'resolution' are not filled.

    Have you got any ideas how could I resolve a bunch of cases in SQL without that error.
