I would like to replicate this in RealTime Marketing (this is a screenshot from Outbound Marketing) :
It doesn't seem like there's any way to replicate the same kind of conditions in Real Time Marketing. I basically want to add points everytime a user registers to an event.

According to the path I've set up, the only way to add points is if the event associated with the registration is the originating event of the current lead.
Can you explain which Leads get points when each event is registered in outbound marketing?
All leads? Or just some leads?
In other words, what is the direct or indirect relationship between the LEAD that gets added and the event registration?

Thanks Leah Ju for your answer, but I would like to add points for EACH event the user is going to register to. I'm not sure your suggestion is going to do this ?

In the scoring model of RealTime Marketing, no behavioral about event registration.
Maybe you can try to add attributes from 'Event Registration' table related to the lead.
