Contact > Related > Cases. Shouldnt this show all cases submitted by a contact?

When I goto Account > Related > Cases I see all the cases associated with an account.  Shouldnt this also be the case for when I do the same with a contact?

    Hi Leah.  My 1:N Relationship matches what you have in your screenshot except for Type of Behavior.  When I try to set it to Configurable Cascading when I save it revers it back to Parental:

    I compared the settings to the Account entity for related cases and they appear to match.

    Hi JMAtoms,

    In navigation of Contact form(Contact > Related > Cases), the relationship is incident_customer_contacts, which builds relationship through 'customer' lookup field.

    So it will show related cases that customer field is current contact.

     If one case that customer field isn't current contact, it can't be shown in the following sub-grid:
