Hello,
I have a U unposted what will happen if I use GL batch and released ? Will effected any balances ?
Unposted means the batch is released into the AP module, but not yet Posted to the GL. Run the Post Transaction screen to post any unposted GL batches.
The batch does not show up on post transaction but I do see it on GL tab Batches
Not sure what you mean by "I do see it on GL tab Batches".....

An U unposted batch means it was released either from GL or another module and is ready to post to your account tables, this is the final step in batch processing in Dynamics SL.
Normally the user will go to the General Ledger post transactions screen to do this final step. If the batch doesn't show up in that screen, the likely cause is that its a future period batch (not in the current period) It will show up when you get to or close to that period.
Like Mark, I'm not sure where you are in the system when you say the "batch tab"
