Dear all

The actual situation:

We currently use Dynamics 365 for administrating contacts. The Dynamics server side-synchronization options to exchange online are set up and working:

But it only synchronizes ones own contacts which are not visible in the global address list of course.

I'm aware of the Dynamics AddIn for Outlook which contains the option "Match all items in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" but it also only synchronizes the Dynamic 365 contacts to own contacts (exchange online) and not to the GAL of course.

My question:

Does anyone know if it's possible to synchronize (Dynamic/Exchange user-independent) contacts which are created in Dynamics 365 to the GAL in exchange online?

PS: We solved this with dirSync and AD in the past but would like to have the synchronization from Dynamics 365 to exchange online directly. If possible.
