Hi all, my clients want to make sure their domain is working, and we went through the domain setting(it worked) now we are trying to send a testing email and we have followed the steps:
1. Sender's email address matches with our domain
2. Make sure the subject is not described Testing
3. use only 3 links in our email design
Among all testing emails we send, they all successfully sent to our tester's main inbox, we have tested with
Personal outlook, Company's internal outlook, Personal Protonmail. Personal G-mail
Only Gmail failed and happened to be categorized in Promotion, how can we better prevent this or tell Clients this may not be the potential defect of D365?
Thank you all, appreciate your help
Hi Sherry,
This has nothing to do with D365. This is a side effect of sending bulk email, but as our friends at Litmus can tell you here (www.litmus.com/.../) It is not such a bad thing after all :)
There is even information on how to stand out in the Promotions tab (www.litmus.com/.../)
Hope this helps!
