Dynamics randomly freezes

I have Dynamics running on a TS for users to connect to, i have one user that uses the application heavily and about a dozen times a day the user will experice dynamics going grey and freezing then ultimately crashing or being forced closed by Task manager.

I have no idea whats causing this or where to even begin.

any help would be greatly appreciated

System crashes can be caused by a range of symptoms including network connectivity and lack of system resources. A lot of information is missing in this thread and it would be helpful to know what version of Dynamics you are using. You mentioned that one user is using the application 'heavily'. What processes and/or operations were executed when the application froze? Do you see this same behavior among other users?

Issue isnt related to networking dropping or machine usage to high. Microsoft Dynamic GP 2016 version # 16.00.0627.000.

the issue usually happens when they load a user and attempt to print documentation.

if always on the same user, I would suggest re-create user profile..
