Dear Community,
We have a Segment that we often send Marketing emails to. Some of these people have requested that anytime we email them, we send the same email to their assistant.
We are looking for a way to automate this process, especially so that if a person is no longer a member of the Segment, their assistant also stops getting emails from us.
I would welcome any suggestions, we have so far not come up with a way to do this.

We are using Customer Journeys in the Marketing App to send emails to Segments.
When you open a contact record, you will see the connection button in the ribbon. you can use this to create a connection between contacts.
You can use this to create a connection type 'Assistant'

How you are sending email to assistant ? What is mapping of assistant in D365 CRM ? Have you open contact for assistant as well ?
