Hi,
IF our customer would like to use RSAT for regression testing, what would be the licenses they need to purchase?
And also for vendor collaboration, are these vendor users, our customer also need to purchase the vendor type licenses as well?

Sorry for the reply,
The user that is creating and managing tests suites must have an Azure DevOps Test Plans or Test Manager license. The following licenses will also give you access to Test Plans:
