Dear experts,

Is there a way to create a counting journal based on one specific BOM, so it creates the lines for on-hand stock in all location for all items that are in that BOM? What fields do i need to add on the line level selecting from top action pane "Create -> On-hand" ?

Thanks in advance

RE: Counting Journal based on the BOM items

    Hi Fredrik,

I sort of managed to create a counting journal for the items on-hand that are in one specific BOM, not sure if it's the quickest way to do it, but at least I had the results I wanted on the counting journal. I just typed all the BOM parts on the item number field and it worked.

Counting entries can only be done on the inventoried level...

You might want to create an "explode BOM" feature, but that is an amendment...
