Hello,

    Hi Ali1001,

While accessing through Odata feed, you will have access to data entities related to the tables and not the tables themselves. For SalesTable, please look for SalesOrderHeadersV2.

Thanks Gunjan! Table SalesOrderHeadersV2 is not showing any data. It is showing that table is empty. which is not true. Any Idea? Also, do you know where can I find out the list of actual tables and mapping like sales = SalesOrderHeadersV2?

    Really appreciate your help!

    Thanks,

    Ali

    Hi Ali,

You can check the Company set for the user account you have configured for Odata feed under System administrator > Users > Users. You could also use cross-company= true to get data from all companies for the sales order. Here is an example of how you can use it - "https://<instancename>.cloudax.dynamics.com/data/?cross-company=true.

As for finding the entities, you can do it using Visual Studio in your Dev environment. You can go to the table, right click on Find references. You can check the data entities listed.

Thanks Gunjan! You have been REALLY helpful. I have tried "https://<instancename>.cloudax.dynamics.com/data/?cross-company=true" connection accepted the syntax but still not displaying any data in the tables.

    Hi Ali,

The URL we usually use for Odata feed is in this format -

    xxxxxxxxxx.dynamics.com/data/SalesOrderHeadersV2?cross-company=true

Could you try this and check if you can see any data?

    Hi Ali,

My mistake. I missed the cross-company=true part in the url. I have updated it now. Please try with this -

    xxxxxxxxxx.dynamics.com/data/SalesOrderHeadersV2?cross-company=true

    Hi Ali,

Seems to be a space between cross-companyj= and "true". please remove the space and check again.

    Hi Gunjan,

THANK YOU so much!! It worked. Question Do I need to create separate connections for every entity I need to use in this format? or is the a work around?

    Thanks,
