Bulk email from Queue (shared mailbox) to recipients with Unsubscribe option in email template

Hello,

I have send out 5,000 emails from Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) from a FROM email address as a queue (shared mailbox) and the email template also need to include an Unsubscribe option to let the recipient opt-out from next time communication.

What would be the best way to achieve this in Dynamics 365 CE.

Should I define a marketing list and use a quick campaign for this? What are the alternatives?

Also, I have noticed that Unsubscribe option in email template body is not working, is this a bug?

I have the same question (0)

You shouldnt be sending marketing emails from Dynamics 365, that's a sure way to get your domain blacklisted, you should use a third party bulk email service like CkickDimension, MailChimp or Dynamics Marketing for example.

These are kind of informational/promotional emails going out once in a quarter to around 75000 agents asking them to use our website instead of send issues via physical mail. And all emails will go out from one of the corporate domain shared mailboxes.

Will in that case also it will blacklist the domain?

is there a way, we can implement it in Dynamics 365 CE without procuring any additional products/licenses.

Why would you send the same email every quarter saying the same thing? Are agents customers? If not then they are not transactional emails and as you mention promotional I'm guessing that means marketing so yes you will get blacklisted as a Spammer if your are not using a third party bulk email provider which you will have to pay for.

This is like more of advising or pushing our vendors to use the email channel to send issues, rather than physical emails.  The end recipients are not customers, but they are customer representatives of some companies.

Also, isn't Microsoft Dynamics Marketing not recommended for this use case?

Exactly, Dynamics Marketing is used for exactly that but you're using Customer Engagement.
