my company used Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finnancial & Operation
my problem is When Preview pdf on d365 and printing by dot printer my document are not clear (point)

Can you elaborate the issue with screenshot? Which D365FO product version do you use?
My D365FO Version
Installed product version : 10.0.28 (10.0.1265.20)
Installed platform version : Update52 (7.0.6441.41)

It seem that theses invoice is uploaded into D365FO (i.e. vendor invoices) and they are not created via standard D365FO reports. ?
Yes this report customize by my vendor by edit form standard report
but standart report are the same problem.
Before Post Please Zoom In will see print quality problems

You can check the issue with your ISV contact person to get better assistance.
Nb. Just for further verification, it would be great if you can test this behavior with chrome browser.
I tried all browsers, they are all the same.
My ISV can't I have to come here for help.
