How i can interpretate the results of client monitor of Navision

I need to launch the monitor client because there are a lot of locks in a process, but i dont know how to interpretate te results.  i coudln´t find information abut this. 

i have searched in "mibuso" and i have not seen nothing. if you know a web site please let me know.
