How to redirect  form when I click on "go to origin" button So that my linked form will come.

    Hello Expert ,

    Thanks in Advance.

    My problem is. I have created one form where workflow is attached and workflow  is working fine and notification alert also coming but here when i am clicking on notification and selecting that then going  Go to Origin form there my form is coming but there is no record are showing.One more for this particular form i have create three menu item.
