Hi,
We sell many products as part of a single opportunity. However, some products are often backordered and we end up making partial shipments/invoicing.
Understanding that an Opportunity cannot be closed partially, is there a flow that could take care of this situation?

Hi,
Ideally, when deal is completed, opportunity is won ad converted to a Quote, once Quote is accepted you can convert this to a Sales Order.
Sales or can be shipped partially or you can create multiple orders against an opportunity based on your fulfillment scenario or demand.
