Hi All,

I have set up a project in project management, and have set up everything correctly all the way through to being able to post Timesheets to the project. But after I post the time sheet and try to look at the voucher for the costs...nothing comes up on the voucher. Even though it shows that I have costs and sales prices for the timesheet entry.

Any ideas?

Hi Rosey,

Have you checked if the time sheets really got the status Posted? Can you verify if there are pending transactions in the form 'Subledger journal entries not yet transferred'. (menu General Ledger, Inquiries).

If so, you can post them from this form or check the settings of the batch transfer rules on the GL parameters. If it is set to Scheduled batch, a batch job is used to post the subledger journals.

Also check the Project settings. Is the project group setup to post the hour transactions to balance or profit and loss?
