How to apply Latest CU updates in AX 2012 R3

Hi All,

We need to upgarde latest CU updates on AX 2012 R3,

Currently we have 6.3.3000.111 version(CU 10),

Please provide any step by step document or link  to apply latest CU update.

We are able to see latest update is Cumulative Update 13 (6.3.6000.149* 13 Sep 2017) and February 2019 Update (6.3.6000.8149 20 Apr 2019), and Recent kernel build (6.3.6000.8144 28 Feb 2019) which one we need to apply, please let us know.

    Hi Akbar,

    The February 2019 update is cumulative, so you can use this one as it contains all previous changes as well.

    As we are going to perform this upgrade CU first time, Is there any step by step document or link to apply CU updates. It will be really helpful for us to apply.

    from the same link i found the sub link for performing hotfixes and updates:

    please let me know this is correct link to apply CU.

    We have an integration with CRM and using Enterprise Portal, will it impact anything if we apply CU updates?

    Hi Akbar,

    The link you provided is also quite extensive and good information.

    I can't answer the question about the CRM integration. I have no idea which tool(s) you are using for this. If there is overlayered coding, you have to verify those objects part of the code upgrade. In that case, the link I provided above would be required to apply code merging.
