Have a customer who is keen on using D365 Sales CRM for their Sales Team. They rely heavily on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, as well as What's App.
Ideally, the objective is to have messages received via the above channels are then posted to the account/contact/lead records and their timelines in CRM.
I know there is the Omnichannel option through Microsoft, but that only appears to be advertised as being used with D365 Customer Service, not Sales CRM.
Is anyone aware of any other options or advice on where to look?

For integration with other social media tools, maybe you need to search Google for third-party tools to get help.
