Social Media Channels integration to D365 Sales

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction here :D 

Have a customer who is keen on using D365 Sales CRM for their Sales Team. They rely heavily on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, as well as What's App.

Ideally, the objective is to have messages received via the above channels are then posted to the account/contact/lead records and their timelines in CRM. 

I know there is the Omnichannel option through Microsoft, but that only appears to be advertised as being used with D365 Customer Service, not Sales CRM.

Is anyone aware of any other options or advice on where to look?

    Maybe you can know about the Dynamics 365 Connector for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms app:

    Dynamics 365 Connector for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms enables seamless synchronization of LinkedIn leads to Dynamics 365 apps, it allows you to automatically sync leads captured on LinkedIn using Sponsored Content with Dynamics 365 (online). Enable your sales and marketing teams to develop and nurture these leads.

    For integration with other social media tools, maybe you need to search Google for third-party tools to get help.

    Or you can post your ideas in the Idea forum and invite more people to vote it, our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received in the future.
