Customer journey - Send mail to marketing

Hi,

I have created a customer journey, where people how submit a form will trigger an email send to marketing.

I got one problem if the same people submit multiple forms - Dynamics blocks the email because of 'duplicate email'.

Example:

'Peter' submit form 1: Dynamics send the email to marketing

'Peter' submit form 2: Dynamics block the email to marketing, because of duplicate content

    Hello LasseB,

    Customer Journey has a limitation of 1 email per action for a contact. If you want to have a complex design, you could link up another CJ and use the 2nd form within it.

    I have a question about your process, if I may... 
    I am trying to create a simple trigger-based journey that sends an email to a specific email address. 
    The user that should get the email notification does not have a Dynamics 365 user license, but they need to follow up on the form submission. 
     
    Please advise?
