How User can know the Action Menu Item to Setup role

Hello team, in my project customer want to know how to setup security in the systems. I have one problem I don't know how to get the name of the Action menu item

that the step provides to set up privileges for action in the form. I have been researching the Internet but all things do not fit the requirements.

Pls help me, I know that in the visio studio can see that name. But on the customer site, they need users to have a way to see that.

Which menu item are you looking for?

If it's a menu item used for opening a form, there is a way to see it in GUI. But the same approach isn't applicable in other situations.

By the way, adding a menu item should be only the last resort, if no suitable privilege exists.

Also, what is the point of adding a menu item to a privilege that is about maintaining a data entity? It looks logically wrong to me.
