Hi,

I am very new to Dynamic 365 portal for client whereas, client use that portal to create cases.

Looking for some advice on how to create change request for existing completed cases. Here are some details that we have and what we are looking for.

Scenario - We have portal from where client is creating cases, but now after cases are created successfully client wanted to have change Request (CR) button for those cases who are successfully completed. They dont want to create CR for in process CASES.

What are we looking for? - Any document that have explanation on how to create CR from scratch?

Any help or suggestion would be helpful. I know its very deep subject but any material or existing solution will be helpful.

Thanks

    Hi,
For the "Change Request (CR)" you mentioned, I didn't find anything about it?
My guess is that the client wants to change some of the information populated on the case, But the case is already completed?
If so, it is not recommended to modify the completed case any further,  you may consider creating a new case and connecting it to the completed case as a child case.
The case has an onetomany relationship with itself, so you can just add the 'Parent Case' column to the form and let the client populate it.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
