Remove/delete user defined alerts

I have a user who left the company and had alerts triggered to his user-id.

For this reason the job that sends notification goes each time in error because is not able to deliver the alert to the user

Is there a table where AX keeps all the events set by a user?

Thanks

Regards

    Hi Sjoe,

It's BatchJobAlers table. If you want to see all alert set up for batch jobs in the system, go to SQL and run select query for this table.

From UI there is only the option to see alerts for a particular batch job (go to batch job form and press "Alerts" button).

    Hi Sjoe,

You can go to Organization administration, Setup, Alerts > Alert rules. On that form you can monitor and manage the alerts setup by all users.

    Hello Sjoe,

If you are talking about this alert available in "Batch jobs" form; then you can change it in 'Email parameters' form available in system admin module.

If you set the alert rule, then you can update / change the email recipient from there too.

    Hello Sjoe,

You can also check below link where André explained the batch jobs. A separate section is there for disabled or deleted users and the effect in the batch job process. Kindly go through as this could be helpful.
