    LP,

Thank you for posting on the Forum. I have looked into this error, and all reports of this error are due to add on solutions such as note pop ups and things like that. Can you recreate this error in the base Cronus company with no Add On products or customizations? If you cannot, then you need to try to narrow it down to a specific Add On or Customization, and then work with that ISV/Partner to figure out what is wrong in the code. If you can recreate this in base Cronus, I would suggest updating to the newest Platform Code which would move you to NAV 2009 R2 (there are a couple steps to do this from SP1), and then try and see if you still get the error. If you do, a support case would be best so we can debug the issue as we have never received this error on base code. Thank you.

    Thank you for your answer.

I forgot to mention that this happened when you are on the list of suppliers and we want to open a payment sheet (menu "sheet" consolidating different worksheets in NAV as leaves of payment tab menu as financial management, administration ... menu on the left)

is that you have had an error like after treatment?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I do not have any specific cases with opening a payment sheet, but in general we have seen this with some third add in code / customizations. If you can recreate this fairly easily I would see if you can recreate on a secondary install such as a Development system or Test system you may have, and if you can then try on a system that is base NAV with no customizations/add in code such as using the Cronus Test company. With this and the other issue you are running into, I would still suggest moving to the NAV 2009 R2 build just to make sure you are on the newest executable code, and then see if these issues continue. If they do then a Support Case would be a better fit for these issues so we can debug them deeper.
