Power BI dashboard showing blank in Credit and collections workspace

Hi everyone,

In my tier 2 environment, the Credit and collection workspace does not show any data on Power Bi reports.

What could be the reason behind it?

I tried setup mentioned on

Credit and collections management Power BI content - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

post above setup atleast data has started appearing in view CustCollectionsBIAccountsReceivables which is being used in BI entity.

but dashboard is still blank.

Do I need to take any other actions for same?

Any action is linked with Analytics button in action pane? Do I need to deploy anything using any setup in System administration?

Hello Rhushikesh,

Have you verified whether the CustCollectionsBIMeasurementsV2 entity store ran without any issues? In the entity store, you can view the most recent update as well as the refresh logs.

This is resolved by setting up Full reset batch job in Waiting mode.
