How to change Default SharePoint Site between two different Sharepoint Site?

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

My client requirement is that the document should upload to a different Site location based on the CRM entity.

Let suppose two different entity A and B with two different SharePoint sites X and Y.  Suppose I have some specific documents for entity A which need to upload SharePoint Site X and entity B documents need to upload to SharePoint site Y. Also, Documents visible in Document TAB accordingly to the Sharepoint Site.

Please suggest to me a workaround for this issue.

Out of the box, Dynamics just has the concept of a single 'default' site that new document locations will associate to. In order to achieve the result of one set of records being integrated with one site and other types of records synching to another -- The Dynamics 365 SDK will have to be leveraged: docs.microsoft.com/.../sample-create-retrieve-update-delete-sharepoint-location-record
