Change ordering of all Status Reasons (statuscode) in Dynamics 365

How can you change the display order of the Status Reason field in Dynamics 365? I know you can change the order of a subsets of statuscode reasons, but how do you specific the overall order when displayed to the end user? Screenshot below shows an example – how do you take those first 6 values and put them underneath the other options?

    Hi Liz,

In that case, I don't think you can order the option set values as a whole.

It seems that you can select ascending or descending order by editing the column.

    Hi Naveen,

Thanks for the answer. The problem with statuscode is that it isn't an standard option-set in Dynamics. We're able to define the order for each subset under the Status (screenshot below), but not for the entire set as a whole. So in the forms, we're ending up with our Disqualified reasons above our Open reasons.

I guess Javascript could be used on load to re-arrange the options visually, but that wouldn't fix the entire problem. The default order of these values are being referenced by a third-party tool, which is where the biggest issue is occurring.

Have you seen where in the statuscode reason field customizations where the order as a whole could be defined?

    Hello Liz,

I believe you can do it from the customization but If you want to change the order for the end user, you can do that on the form. I am not sure about the filter option.

Please take a look at the below blog. You can rearrange the options dynamically using this:

May I know why  don't you want to do it from statuscode reason field customizations?
