Hi all

Has anyone modifyed the web control TrvExpTransDistributions?

We are looking at adding new fields and/or change otheres in the grid lines,  but it looks like it is hidden with in a dll called Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Portal.CommonControls?

    Hi,

Were you able to get the answer to this question ? I am also facing the same issue and could not find how to open and edit this distribution control.

Did you tried to check it by adding new field code via a Visual studio? You have to install VS component for AX and create a new project of type EP. Then from File>View>Application explorer you can drag and drop your desired form in a project and make modification and Press Save button, then refresh your page in browser to see your changes.

    Afsar,

If you open TrvExpTransDistribution control. You will see there is a separate control AXDistribution is used and we cannot find that control in AOT. It seems like it is available in some dll. We need to open that control to modify some logic.

AxDistribution is nowhere to be found if you just compiling the 'TrvExpTransDistributions', compiler will tell you.

    Anybody has hint?

according to Microsoft, don't compile it in VS, just deploy it, I guess it's compiling while running.
