I'm still trying to solve a basic problem of changing the order of rows in a quote by various methods. Now I know how to:
1. Create a column and change seqeunce number or new column for sorting in quotedetail entity
The problem I have is users still need to Print preview and export to PDF so they can use outlook to email the quote using below option. Is there a way to integration power automate in a way so they use it for print preview or export to PDF (even without print preview). Is there a add-on that can handle this if natively this isnt possible.

i found this article that seems to address how to get a word template into pdf form for your users to be able to email out to customers the quote with reordered lines. please have a try - hope this helps some!
