Above Subject is a message received after installation of MS dynamics NAV 2017 on the virtual server and specified customized database. I check the service Instance was running and yet the error message. Kindly assist.

most probably this thing comming when your VM not ready/not up or started

because one of my pc i have install server and client by generally , when the pc still not perfect ready or gain ram / CUP much at the time i got this error message

if not : means you get this error out of the server from different PC , most probably this is regarding network , NT AUTHORITY ==> map the user

Hello Hassan,

Go to Security |> Logins |> find the login used by the NAV Server (e.g. Network Service) |> Properties |> User Mapping |> find the database and select db_owner in the "Database role membership".

Facing similar issue. I did set Network service as db_owner for NAV database but still the same error.
