After a lead is generated in D365 marketing and qualified, the status becomes 'read only' but some of the details were incorrectly entered. How would I be able to update the lead record?

You can activate the lead and then update the lead. else you can use power automate flow and update the data for read only record.

Unfortunately, I think the field cannot be edited when the status is read-only.
I try to modify it, but nothing happens. question: the details you mentioned entered incorrectly due to qualifying or you just want to modify the fields after the lead is qualified?
