We need to integrate between 2 system :
AX 2009
ANd
Dynmics POS 2009
Can any one help and guid me to put in begin road to do it.

You would need to create an AIF on a server.
Below is the instructions on how to do this:
msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa877498%28v=AX.50%29.aspx
and then link it to POS 2009. However, it can be quite tricky to do.
you also need to create integration to go in between
