I would like to find out if anyone is having issues with guest users connecting XrmToolBox to CRM. Here's my issue. We have a consulting company that we've given guest access to our tenant. They use XrmToolBox to do work. However, we've tried creating a connection string and SDK login, but neither works for them. We have internal employees connected using SDK. I have yet to find any answers that will help us.
I've verified that our app registration allows internal and guest users to access the tenant.

I found the following post which share the same situation with you where guest users can access via Browser but not with a connection string (for example XrmToolBox).
And the thread owner had confirmed that 'Guest user scenario (Azure AD B2B) is not supported by the SDK.'
