How to customize the 'Navigation Pane' Modules ?

(1) ShareShare

is there any/a way to customize these Modules (in Navigation Pane) according to the roles. For example, role assigned to user for accounts payable, accounts receivable, should not be displaying HR or payroll module or sales and marketing

Any help would be appreciated

It's about permissions. If you don't give the user permissions to access anything in (say) the HR module, the module won't be displayed in the main menu at all.

    That is my question.
I have a user having a 'Sales Manager' Role, and that role do not have any duty, privileges, sub roles or tables related to Human Resources module and few other modules as well but 'navigation pane shows those.

is there any other place to look for permissions?

Your screenshot seems to show all modules. I guess you have no just Sales Manager role, but System Administrator as well (that has access to everything).

The picture I showed was in general asking that if there is any way to tweak these modules according to the roles and responsibilities.

Otherwise, I have duplicated few roles and assigned those to the Users, but this Navigation pane is not behaving friendly and assigning the modules not needed or not to be assigned

All right, so you believe that the user shouldn't have access to anything in, say, the HR module, but you also know that it's not the case. The user has been granted permissions to at least one many item in the HR menu. Open the menu to see which menu items it's about; then you can identify the privilege granting the permissions and remove it from the role(s).
