Management Reporter Missing Account Analysis

Client is on 2012 CU9. When running Missing Account Analysis the MR Designer will throw up an error that the "Operation Could not be completed due to an error on the Server" and then Designer closes with the Error "Exception has been caused by the target of invocation" error.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue. Client has discussed updating MR Code.

As an aside, I have just been upgrading all my CU9 installs to CU11 Hot Fix 2, which has proven to be feature rich and very stable.
